We will present modular methods to produce covalently circularized and DNA-Corralled nanodiscs and show some of their applications. 
 
 We will present the cryo-EM structures of lipid bilayer-bound complexes of neurotensin receptor, and G protein heterotrimer in two conformational states. The structures were determined without any stabilizing antibodies/nanobodies, and thus provide a native-like platform for understanding the structural basis of GPCR-G protein complex formation.
