Abstract

Interpretation of genome sequence variation plays a major and increasing role in both basic research and in clinical medicine. These applications necessitate robust and reliable computational approaches to aid in determining the phenotypic impact of variants. Many such methods have been developed (see (Hu et al., 2019) in this issue). This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
