The NISTmAb request management system is intended to ensure availability of material to support ongoing NIST research efforts, promote synergy in research efforts, and maintain a high caliber of research output. Material used for internal NIST research purposes must be requested and supplied through this system. All internal users of NISTmAb material must register their project. By registering with this system for material request, you hereby agree to the following terms.
  1. The NISTmAb request will be reviewed by NIST staff scientists registered to this system. Please allow up to three weeks for processing requests.
  2. Use of the Material provided is strictly limited to those research activities described in project description. Intended use outside of the proposed research must be approved with a new material request and project identified code.
  3. The Material which is being provided to the Recipient consists of a monoclonal antibody, Primary Sample 8670 or Reference Material 8671, Lot 14HB-D-002. The appropriate material shall be properly identified and cited in any publication or presentation.   4. THE MATERIAL MAY NOT BE USED IN HUMANS, INCLUDING FOR ANY DIAGNOSTIC, PROGNOSTIC, CLINICAL OR TREATMENT PURPOSES
  5. Recipient agrees to retain control over the Material and agrees not to transfer the Material to others, including other research staff at NIST and/or external partners without prior approval through this material management system.
  6. The research project shall expire after a period of two years unless renewed through this material request system. Unused or degraded material not suitable for the purposes of the proposed research experiment shall be returned to the project coordinator.
